Thanks for installing Recommendly app by EPICA, you are one step closer to using high-end artificial intelligence technology to improve the performance of your store.

Recommendly is an app powered by an Artificial Intelligence engine that learns from the data customers provide when browsing in your store. This engine automatically runs predictions about the chances of purchase for every single product in your store and every single visitor in Real-Time. 

Once you have all the predictions covered, you can deliver a unique recommendation of products designed for a specific visitor. Increasing dramatically the chances of purchase and improving the user experience.

And all of that, automatically.

So, let’s hit the road!

First Steps

Within your Shopify dashboard, tap APPS on the left side. You should find EPICA’s Recommendly app there. If not, try to install it again. 

 

If it is there, you did great with the installation. Now let’s dive into the settings. Tap on EPICA’s Recommendly widget to jump to the Setting Page in a new browser tab. It must look like this:

The first step is to get familiar with the control dashboard on the left side of your screen.

The control dashboard is divided into two major sections.

Technical Items

You can find everything related to the performance of your widget. 

  • Dashboard: Visualize real-time results, comprehensive metrics, and sales impact. Check this link to know more about your dashboard.

  • Settings:

    • General:  Find the principal settings and understand the performance of your shop.

    • Customize:  Find the options to personalize the search and recommender widget, change the look and feel of your store.

Support Items:

Access to more information about your widget.

  • Billing: In this section, you can check the type of subscription, invoices, and pricing according to the number of user sessions per month. You can find more info about the billing section here.

  • Terms & Conditions: legal and contracts, click here to read our terms & conditions.

Since this is your first time, we have developed a Wizard to help you start. We strongly recommend you take advantage of it. It will look like this: 

And you can activate it at any time by tapping on the little light bulb on the bottom left corner.
